AGRICOLA Database As one of the most comprehensive sources of U.S. agricultural and life sciences information, the AGRICOLA (Agricultural Online Access) Database contains bibliographic records for documents acquired by the National Agricultural Library (NAL) of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). (Updated monthly. Contains 3,600,000 records from 1970.)
AgroBase
A integration of two of the world's most comprehensive databases on agriculture. Agrobase includes both AGRIS and ACRICOLA in their entirety. (Updated monthly. Contains 5.5 million records since 1970.)
Energy Science and Technology Database
The Energy Science and Technology Database (EDB) is a multidisciplinary
file containing worldwide references to basic and applied scientific and
technical research literature. The information is collected for use by
government managers, researchers at the national laboratories, and other
research efforts sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy, and the results
of this research are transferred to the public. (Updated monthly. Contains
4.5 million records since 1976.)
Federal Research in Progress Database
FEDRIP offers access to current government-sponsored research projects in the fields of the physical sciences, engineering, life sciences, and more. (Updated monthly. Contains 150,000 records from the current two years.)
NIOSHTIC® Database
A bibliographic database of literature in the field of occupational safety
and health. About 160 current, English language technical journals provide
approximately 35 percent of the additions to NIOSHTIC® annually. Retrospective
information, some of which is from the 19th century, is also acquired
and entered. (Contains 200,000 records since the 19th Century.)

government-sponsored research and studies. It represents hundreds of billions
of research dollars and covers a wide range of topics covering technology,

Contains 600,000 records since 1990.)
Nuclear Science Abstracts Database
Available Now
Nuclear Science Abstracts (NSA) is a comprehensive collection of international
nuclear science and technology literature for the period 1948 through
1976. Included are scientific and technical reports of the U.S. Atomic
Energy Commission, U.S. Energy Research and Development Administration
and its contractors, other agencies, universities, and industrial and
research organizations. It is the precursor to the Energy Science and
Technology Database.
